Custom Orders Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of DGC products, we do not offer Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, or Exchanges on custom orders. It is the customer's responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of ALL custom selections before completing the checkout process. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you encounter an issue with your custom product or if the order does not match the specifications you selected, please contact our DGC Customer Support Team for assistance.

Regarding return requests due to color selections: Please note that color shades may slightly vary from the on-screen custom builder due to differences in monitor displays and color application processes during production. Additionally, the DGC glove customizer always displays a “right-handed throwing glove” mock-up image, regardless of whether you select a left-handed glove. Rest assured, we will produce the glove according to your specific selections, not the on-screen image. Please be aware that color fading is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Stock Product Return

Unused stock products may be returned for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not accept returns for custom products.
